I will review your child's evaluation report, 504 plan, or ARD/IEP.
ARD review:
- I will review this document to ensure that the PLAAFP (present levels of academic achievement and functional performance) is accurate, accommodations and modifications are appropriate, goals and objectives are attainable and relevant, etc.
504 review:
- I will review the 504 plan to ensure that the proper accommodations are outlined in the plan, as well as present levels of functioning and proper data to support accommodations.
Evaluation review:
- I will review the formal and informal assessment data to ensure that all assessments administered are appropriate and address the identified areas of concern.
Following this review, I will meet with you for one hour to discuss the findings of my review and answer any questions that you may have.
*Please note, that it is very beneficial for me to review an evaluation document alongside a 504 or ARD/IEP plan in order to accurately make suggestions and offer my professional advice.
Plan Audit
This is a flat fee for the review of ARD/504 plan and 1x1 meeting with you. We can meet via Zoom, phone call, or in person. If you would like to meet in person there is a travel fee of $15 plus .60 per mile.
This flat fee covers everything mentioned above not to exceed 2.5 hours. Anything over 2.5 hours will be an additional $125 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
